Photography Policy

Washington Heritage Museums allows photography for personal, non-commercial use in our museums and public spaces. If you are uncertain if your photography is permitted, please ask our staff before using your camera. Please observe the following rules:

• Videography is not permitted.

• Flash photography is prohibited in the museums.

• Stabilization devices, such as tripods, monopods, or “selfie sticks” are prohibited. Camera bags and other equipment may be restricted at the organization’s discretion. 

• Photography must not be disruptive to other visitors or impede the tour process.
